BLACK WOMAN SLAMMED TO GROUND BY WHITE DEPUTY! DAM, YOU ALL RIGHT SIS!!!

A black woman is slammed to the ground in a video that has gone viral by an unnamed Jefferson Parish Sheriff Office (JPSO) deputy in Louisiana.
Shantel Arnold, 34, standing at a mere 4’8 ft, weighing 100 pounds, and has a missing eye from a previous car accident, appears in a video being dragged and snatched by her hair, courtesy of a white deputy who seems at least three times her size. Arnold was wearing braids at the time, so when the deputy grabbed the woman by her hair, a witness stated the force was so great, her braids were yanked from her scalp. Ouch!
In the video, the WWF-wannabe JPSO deputy is tussling with Arnold for several seconds while holding her by the wrists. He then pulls her hair, using it to flip her around, slamming her to the ground. The recording also shows the officer kneeling into Arnold’s upper back to restrain her.
Arnold’s sister Mercedes, 32, arrived on the scene where the “SmackDown” deputy was still there, aiming to persuade Mercedes she should have Arnold admitted for a psych evaluation. The family was having none of it, and they believed it was the deputy’s sorry-ass attempt to create a smokescreen.
The astonishing and appalling cop video is gaining national attention with over 275,000 views on Instagram. Last month, on September 20, the incident took place when neighborhood bullies were attacking Arnold.
Arnold defended herself against the boys with a stick until her stepfather Lionel Gray, 71, intervened. By the time the cops arrived, the attackers were gone.
According to the British Metro newspaper, Arnold's interview transcript to internal affairs investigator reads: ‘I’m on my way home. I ain’t make it all the way to the block, the police come out of nowhere, swarming, getting me like, “Come here.” I’m like, “What’s going on? I just got beat up by two children, what y’all doing?”‘
Although Arnold was not hit with any criminal charges for the brawl with the cop nor the local boys, she did sustain multiple injuries— bruises, scratches, and a split lip. In addition to minor scrapes, Arnold states she suffers from recurring headaches due to being pummeled into the pavement.
WWNO 89.9, a New Orleans public broadcast, featured an article stating that news organizations combed through statistics and found that out of the 40 people shot at by deputies in the past eight years in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, 73% of their targets were black.
The 14-second video posted on Instagram and now playing on several media websites only show one JPSO deputy violently hauling the Louisiana woman around in the video. . The officer has not been charged but is still being investigated, and his identity has not been disclosed.
